1) Occupants agree to observe and comply with all laws, rules, regulations, directives, code ordinances and regulations of government authorities' agencies, which relate to the specific, use or occupancy of the premises.
2) Speed limit in the park is ALWAYS 10 MPH. Anyone not abiding by this rule will have 1 warning and if continued will then be asked to leave the park.
3) Quiet hours are from 10pm-6am daily. Please always keep noise at a respectful level. Common courtesy is expected while in this park. No loud parties, excessive noise, big groups or large gatherings tolerated at sites, as determined by management.
4) Children and pets must be supervised by an adult over 18 years of age when in common areas. Failure to do so will result in loss of common area privileges.
5) Maximum of 3 Pets allowed per site. Pets must be kept on leashes {six-foot maximum length) or inside and do not leave unattended. No excessive barking allowed. Pets must be walked by a responsible person to pick up after them immediately as well as at sites or tenant will be charged a $25 fine for each day till resolved. Pets are not allowed in or near the playground area. They are prohibited due'·to health codes.
6) Visitors are always welcome but are restricted to the tenant's rental space, must be accompanied by tenant in common areas, and adhere to all park guidelines.
7) Brandishing of guns and weapons is strictly prohibited including BB, Airsoft and pellet guns. No target practice or random firing of guns allowed on the property.
8) No glass is allowed in Laundromat, Shower Rooms, or Playground Area.
9) Keep commons areas clean and pick up after yourself and guest. Common area includes Laundry Room, Shower Rooms, Clubhouse, Patio Area, and Playground Area. Failure to do so will result in loss of common area use.
10) Please place all garbage in designated dumpsters located around the park. No commercial trash, residential trash only. Area around RV /trailer will be kept neat and clean as determined by the management. One verbal or written warning will be administered with a 5-day period to comply; if in non-compliance after first warning, tenant may be removed from property and/or fined.
11) All vehicles must be in working order and parked within your assigned space. Vehicles and RV repairs are not permitted in the park. You may check with the local listings for businesses that provide these services. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at owners' expense.
12) No buildings, tents, sheds, garages, etc. may be placed or constructed on rental spaces nor large steps or porches of any size to be installed without approval by the management.
13) For all emergencies, please call 911.
14) Manufactured above ground fire pits are permitted for burning of firewood only. Bonfires are NOT permitted. No burning of trash.
15) No clotheslines, freezers/refrigerators, fencing, barriers or pallets are allowed.
16) Violation of these guidelines will result in ejection from the park without refund.
17) Mail service available for guest, please check with our office for more details.
18) Ground disposal of any drain water (gray or black) is prohibited by State Law. Wastewater from RVs (including sink water) must be disposed of into sewer drains. Do not put grease down the sewer. Sewer connections are required by state law and must have a tight seal by a sewer donut (or sewer ring) or a screwtype connector.
19) Please help conserve utilities. No car or RV washing with RV park water.
20) Current renter may not sublet trailer, and if sold or given to someone else, the trailer must be moved immediately, or new owner must sign contract as new tenant. No sub-leasing is allowed.
21) Management of Hat Creek RV Park is not responsible for loss or damage to Tenant's property due to theft, vandalism, fire, accidents or any other casualty or act of God. Tenant expressly assumes all risk of such loss or damage and is responsible for carrying his or her own insurance. In addition, damages of any kind caused by guest or visitor of the park shall be billed to Tenant or guest.
22) Damage to Park property, including but not limited to restrooms; utilities; landscaping; vehicles; street lights or signage is strictly prohibited. Guests will be held responsible for the repair of any damages.

MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE, LIMIT THE LENGTH OF STAY AND/OR EVICT ANY PERSON OR PARTY WITHOUT REFUND. We reserve the right to make changes to the rules, regulations and fees that we deem necessary.
